Down For The Count
Right after hearing that Roger Clemens was hurt, and right before the Red Sox pulled off an error-assisted 5 run inning to take the win today, Doug Mientkiewicz went down. It looked at first, when this picture was taken, that he had been knocked out. Apparently he pretty much was. Nobody really knew what was going on at the Park, but later we found out he hit his head into Mike Lowell and that is why he was so severely injured.
The injuries keep getting worse for the Yankees. I almost feel bad for them. Almost…
