Yanks put Wang on disabled list with hamstring pull
Looks like the Yankees are going to be one Wang short of a full team on Opening Day. No, this is not a story about ARod, but in fact about Taiwanese Yankee Chien Ming Wang. He “felt a pop” and pulled his right hamstring. Any sympathy from Red Sox fans? Highly doubtful. In the words of Nelson Munsk, “HA HA.” Yankees pitching just got worse and Matsuzaka is throwing nearly perfect. Is there any doubt left that the Red Sox, at least on paper, have to be the favorites for the American League East?
