Roger Clemens’ record 1991 contract

In 1991, Roger Clemens signed a $21.521 million contract with the Boston Red Sox - at the time the largest in the history of baseball. 4 years total, starting at $2.7m in 1991. It even included a club option, paying him $6 million for 1996, the last year he wore a B on his hat (until this year hopefully).
